Hilton Garden Inn Sarasota-Bradenton Airport

"Enjoyed our stay 2nd time here for 2 nights. Morning front desk one particular not so personable both days. Night crew excellent. We stayed in a king room, very nice. Just wish wish the shower was hand held instead of just connected to the wall. We didn't eat at the restaurant this time we Door Dashed and they came pretty quickly. We found a LongHorn restraunt about 9 minutes away. We always prefer Hilton So come check them out."

"I gave a 5 star due to the people amd the service. Clearly there is an issue with house keeping. The second day I requested room service fore trash and towels and was told they would come to provide items. After arriving after work at night that wasnt done. I was in room 104 checking in the 11th checking out the 14th. Shay the front desk manager during my stay has been above and beyond. The second day I checked if I was getting room service they said yes. I didnt get a bath mat upon taking a shower with chemicals in my hair to wash out there was no shampoo also I had a shower cap the house keeping threw out. Shay came quickly to resolve my issue and accommodated me with what I needed. I did notice a small roach in the bathroom amd in the bedroom table. The beds are comfortable, its quite, the hot tub is nice, tv has multiple options. I would definitely stay again since I come in the area every month ensuring the house keeping issue is resolved. The drinks and food are amazing."

"So convenient by the airport.....2 boys and I, 16 & 12. Bunk beds & a king so ideal. Was so much better than having a pullout couch or ordering an extra bed in a room.... I've done both with the boys..... The bunk bed situation, they had their own area bunk beds, tv, desk 2 chairs..... And my bed area had at tv, and a chair.... really was ideal.... oh, was also very exciting when we arrived and found out that they were full size beds, not twin beds, which was even better as the boys are a little older/ bigger than little kids.... but easily would be OK am adult... I normally like to stay at marriott and Hilton in my experience usually lax usb ports, but this one actually had some. I couldn't have asked for a better room for our situation. Also love check in/out on the app & key on app on phone. I may be a convert- definitely when I have the b kids."
